Initial service order was lost so they rescheduled for the very next day.

Work was completed satisfactorily. Repairman was on time and very professional.

We arranged to have a technician from the Applianceman Co. Come to look at our refrigerator, which was not cooling. The technician arrived on time as agreed and quickly diagnosed the problem (a corroded connector to a sensor), one that a less knowledgeable technician might have missed. He was very polite and helpful. I understand why Applianceman has so many good reviews on Angie's list. One very important feature of their service is their reliable scheduling procedure wherein they state the day and time period (a.m. Or p.m.) When they will arrive and the service person calls to confirm 40 minutes before he is to arrive.

Went very well. Technician prompt, friendly, and informative. Order parts in event needed but not needed and did not push to purchase and install.

Provided quick response to a request for service. Arrived on time for the appointment and called in advance to let me know when he would arrive. Quickly identified the problem, had the part in his truck and finished the repair in a prompt manner. Assured me that he would return free of charge if I had any problems. Very courteous. Highly recommended.

Scheduled an appointment and they were able to get me in two days later. Had to block out a 4-hour time slot (8a-12p) though. Called within 15 minutes of arrival and arrived at 9:15 am. Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem, it was a malfunctioning valve. Had the part on the truck and replaced. The whole process took about an hour. Very pleased with the service. I asked him about our ice dispenser on the refrigerator. Took one look at it and told me what was wrong and how to fix it (no cost). Now that's service! I would recommend and use them again.

To say that the repairman did a great job was an understatement. He explained at each visit what he was doing, and tested parts before and after installation each time. He also gave advice on a couple other issues I was having with other appliances. I would recommend them and use them again as well.

Very good work, in and out quickly, pleasant

The service was timely, although he had to come two times to complete the job since he did not have the correct part with him the first time. When he got the part, he did come back as soon as possible (even called to see if it was possible to come earlier in the day than scheduled). The repairs came in below the estimate, and we were very satisfied with the work.

Andrew had recently worked on an ice maker which was successful. So when the oven would not heat, I again called the Applianceman service and asked for Andrew to be the service technician. Upon his arrival, he promptly moved to the problem. Andrew had the part in his truck and within about 45 minutes there was heat in the oven. Andrew demonstrated skill and knowledge as he assessed the problem from my description. My second experience was as good, if not better than the first. Congratulations to a solid company and, most certainly, a quality technician.

We've generally had good experiences with them. Although, in this instance, they didn't complete the work correctly and had to come out again. It was a pretty simple thing. Generally, they did good. Although I don't think they're exactly a bargain, I think they're pretty expensive. I don't recall the cost. Generally, the quality of work is good. Their responsiveness is good. Sometimes they even come early. Their professionalism is good.

Andrew is awesome. He is very professional and polite. He has fixed some of our other appliances on other service calls. He is very knowledgeable and quick.

Tech was brook. He was very honest.

Our Asko dishwasher stopped working after a kitchen sink drain backed up. We called on Monday and made a service appointment for Wednesday afternoon. The company called ahead to advise us the service technician was on his way and he arrived as scheduled. He immediately diagnosed the problem (water build up in the bottom of the appliance triggering it to stop supplying fresh water). He told us how much the repair would cost. He took the dishwasher apart, drained the excess water, and the dishwasher is now working properly again.

I have used Applianceman Service for several years and have been very pleased with the service provided. The technicians are very professional. Doug is my favorite; he is respectful of my home, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. Whenever my stove or fridge need servicing I know I can count on Applianceman to fix my problem

Wish they had installed my refrigerator!! Explained maintenance for a sub zero which is different than a regular refrigerator. Very helpful!!!

The price was wonderful. They were very careful.

I have used them 4 times through my home warranty. Outstanding service. I had another company in here to fix my fridge, they tried 4 times and it didn't work, so home warranty sent these guys out, and they knew what was wrong immediately. Everyone is very nice, helpful. The repair guys are professional, easy to get along with, and fix the problem so quickly.

The service provided by Applianceman was first-rate. The owner on multiple occasions reached out to us to determine the best route to fix the wall oven. They were very accommodating and were finally able to fix the main issue, going above and beyond what I expected.
